Does house cleaning include laundry?
Currently, we don’t offer laundry services. This might be something we will look into in the future, but for now we want to focus on quality cleaning before we start branching out and offering more.
What areas do Bromyard cleaners cover?
We cover the entire County, and even further. Hereford, Bromyard, Ludlow and Leominster are the areas we cover and everything in-between. If you think you are out of the immediate area, give us a call or pop us an Email and we will let you know whether we can cover your area.
Do I pay before the cleaning is completed?
It’s completely up to you, it’s possible to clear the balance before we arrive via BACS or even PayPal. Once the cleaning is completed we do ask payment be made the same day, preferably to the cleaner on-site or via bank transfer.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Of course! If you are not happy with the services provided, let the cleaner know and they will put it right for you straight away. Don’t be afraid to speak out about any issues, we love it when people tell us about our mistakes. If we don’t know about them, we can’t improve our services.
I've booked, can I cancel the appointment?
Yes! You can cancel the appointment at any time, we understand things in life come up and illnesses happen. We don’t ask any length of time to cancel an appointment, you could cancel as we’re on the way and it won’t cost you a single penny.
What happens is there are any accidents?
We have strict health & safety policies in place for any accidents. On those rare occasions we do have accidents or brake items and personal possessions, we are covered with 10 Million pounds worth of insurance. We have the highest cover because we want to cover everybody and all of their personal possessions. Our accident record to date is a ZERO, and we plan on keeping it that way.
